The surgery takes about 40 minutes to 1 hour. Sedation for 10 minutes > local anesthesia for the eyes. While conscious during surgery, if the line is set to be around in-out, it looks natural, and the inner corners of the eyes become a bit softer, so the eyes may look slightly softer too, they said~ But they also said the line may rise a bit, so the eyes could look a little more lifted. I also asked about inner canthoplasty and lower outer canthoplasty, and they said I probably don’t need inner canthoplasty, and they did not recommend lower outer canthoplasty because the surgery itself is risky. They said cat-eye shapes are the trend these days... The warranty period is 1 year, covering serious asymmetry or loosening within that year. Aftercare includes Hi-Light, with no limit on sessions and no extra fee. Since it’s natural adhesion, I’m thinking it may be a safe, fairly standard procedure, but because it’s peak season and the doctor has too many surgeries, I’m considering doing it in the off-season.
