I visited because they are famous for Botox, but during the consultation there was almost no explanation about the dosage or the type of medication, and the procedure started relatively immediately without any design work, which was a little surprising. Rather than being the type to give thorough, personalized consultations, it felt very factory-like. The wait was also quite long, so I waited about 40 minutes, and the doctor was not especially kind. That said, when I asked, "Do I really need this one?" it was good that they honestly said, "I don't think you need this one." Still, it was a little disappointing that instead of first looking at my face and pointing out areas of concern or recommended areas, they only said, when I asked, "It looks like this area will need to be treated." If they had explained things first based on my face, I think I would have trusted them more. Overall, it felt less like a consultation and treatment that carefully considered each person's face and concerns, and more like a fast, standardized process, so it may be disappointing for people who were expecting professional counseling.
