I went in worried after reading a lot of reviews, but it was better than expected. As the many reviews said, there were a lot of people, but it wasn’t so chaotic, and it was generally fine.I didn’t choose a specific doctor in advance, and after speaking with the consultation manager, it seemed like an appointment was set with the doctor who would handle my consultation. They explained things professionally and told me about the difference between ideals and reality. They looked at my face and explained how the areas I was worried about could be improved, and also why certain parts could not be improved through eye surgery alone. Overall, I liked the line, and I liked the doctor too. If the line they marked is really what I end up with, I think I’d even make a surgery booking.
