There were way, way, way too many people. It felt like one of Busan's biggest factory-style clinics,,, I made a reservation and went, but the wait was about 30 to 60 minutes? But I never even got to see the doctor; I only talked with the counselor and left. While waiting, they even apologized for the long wait and gave drinks like coffee or tea. The staff were very kind. However, since I came to consult with the doctor and never got to meet them, that was very disappointing.. I think it would be hard to make a surgery decision after only consulting with the counseling manager.
