I have a long midface and a long nose too, and I said I wanted a short, feminine-looking nose. I’m afraid of making my nose look longer if the bridge is raised, but they said silicon should be inserted into the bridge so less attention goes to the bulbous tip, and since the alar base droops, they would do surgery to make it look a bit like a pointed nose.
