I didn't have a lot of under-eye fat; if anything, the line under my eyes felt deeply sunken, so I wasn't sure whether under-eye fat repositioning would even help me. T_T But the result turned out much better than I expected, so I'm leaving a review. I had the procedure at Log Plastic Surgery, and for about 2 weeks afterward I looked a bit tight because of the swelling, but once the swelling went down around the one-month mark, it started to look natural. And more than anything, the deeply sunken line under my eyes disappeared, so the whole eye area looked brighter and my expression felt more relaxed. The stiffness under my eyes and the dry-eye symptoms I was worried about didn't happen either, so I don't even need artificial tears?? lol Overall, this was a surgery I was very satisfied with, and I hope this review helps those of you who are deliberating about under-eye hollows or shadows like I was :)
