This was the second clinic I had a consultation at, and the consultation was better than the first clinic's. First, when I said what line I wanted, they carefully tried several options and pointed out my eye issues first. I said I wanted to correct my uneven eyes and have the front look more open, but my interocular distance is not very wide, so I was worried that an inner canthoplasty would make my eyes look too close together. Honestly, I preferred giving up on that look rather than having the eyes look crowded. So they immediately recommended upper canthoplasty. They held my eyes by hand and showed me the effect of upper canthoplasty, and it was pretty good. Also, because it was my first surgery I had hoped for a non-incisional method, but after trying to define the line on my smaller right eye, they said it would not create an in-out line like my left eye. They said my skin had thickened because of atopy and that I had ptosis in the small eye. If I wanted to match the uneven eyes, they recommended incision; if I wanted non-incisional, I would have to accept the asymmetry and proceed with a slightly lower line. So after trying non-incisional and matching the left eye to the right eye with a lower line, it felt a bit uncertain, and if I were to do it, I leaned toward the incisional option. The consultation itself was not very long, but in a short time I was able to ask everything I wanted. Follow-up care seems to be 50% off up to 1 year or 2 years, and aftercare seems to include swelling laser and injections. The non-incisional option was 220, upper canthoplasty 110, and incisional eye correction 330, with a 20% discount for photo review conditions.
