Hi everyone~^_^ I came to show off my new boobs.
I thought there might be someone curious about very early post-op reviews too, since I was like that myself haha, so I will write this like an augmentation diary. I’ll keep it brief and cover from the day of surgery through day 4. (Today is day 5, but there is almost no difference.)
[Stats] Height 160 cm, weight 57 kg Underbust 73 Bust 84 I was told my breast width is wide, but probably around 12? Wearing size 75A Pectus excavatum / widely spaced breasts / almost no own tissue..
[Desired look] No upper fullness needed / absolutely no upper bulge xxxxx Extreme naturalness Naturalness >>>>> big boobs Widely spaced and sagging breasts When gathered in a bra, I-shaped cleavage
[Surgery info] Mentor Extra Smooth 325 cc, same on both sides Inframammary incision / dual plane / general anesthesia
[Day of surgery] My surgery was at 9:30, so I had to be there by 8:30. There was no traffic, so I arrived at 8:00! On the consultation day I had already done all the tests, so I only signed a few consent forms and went into surgery at 9:30. When I woke up, it was 12:00.
When I woke up after surgery, it hurt unbelievably x99. Ugh... It felt like a truck had driven over my boobs. Even breathing or just lying still hurt terribly After the painkillers kicked in, I felt a bit better, so I only checked that I could walk and hurried out of the recovery room because I felt so cramped That was around 12:30.
On that day I could not do anything and just leaned against a triangular cushion. Lying down or standing up was out of the question. A guardian is essential, absolutely essential!!! Please, please have someone accompany you on the day of surgery Please... I could not even open a bottle cap Personally, the things I needed on surgery day were: a straw, a triangular cushion, and a guardian to help me ^^
TMI: I had to fast for 4-5 hours after surgery, and the fasting was so painful... I was hungry lol
[Day 1] The pain was reduced compared to the first day, so I could manage lol Because it was the first day of my period + I stopped ADHD medication + boob surgery, I hit the heaviest weight of my life lol ㅋㅋㅎㅌㅎㅌ 62 kg, am I crazy;; And the swelling was insane. My belly got so big I could totally try a pregnant-belly experience. I was so swollen it felt rock-hard, which was fascinating. It was not just my breasts hurting; my arms were so numb and my back hurt too Why?
[Day 2] That day I had an outpatient visit at 4 p.m.; that was when they planned to remove the bandages. But after sleeping lying down, I woke up at 5 a.m. because of severe pain. Looking more closely, the collarbone right under my neck was extremely swollen, and even a light touch hurt so much. The collarbone could not be felt at all.. I was shocked and immediately made an emergency call to the hospital, and they said it was okay unless only one side was abnormally swollen. They said the swelling had spread because of the bandage. So when I slept again, I did not lie down; I slept leaning on a cushion, and when I woke up around 7:30 in the morning, the swelling had gone down enough that I could feel my collarbone. I was really relieved The touching part here... after I hung up with the hospital, they called me back with a missed call showing. I called back just in case, and they asked about my condition. It was touching ㅎㅅㅎ In the afternoon I went to the outpatient visit and saw the director; they said it turned out pretty well, hehe. The nurse? The staff member who was taking care of me also said I made the right choice not to go bigger and that it came out pretty. The upper bulge was not severe either I felt good After care, I came home ^^
[Day 3] By day 3 it was definitely better. Until day 2, because of the insane pain, I could not even lie down or get up by myself, but starting on day 3 I felt much better!!! I could feel that I had recovered a lot. Daily life was totally possible! My boobs were so interesting that I kept touching them, and they were not as hard as I expected?? It felt like pressing a soft, thick rubber mat ㅋㄹㅋㄹ A springy and thick rubber mat.... From the first day, nipple sensation was still alive, and based on the nipple, the lower right part of the right breast, the lower left part of the left breast, and the inner breast area had dulled sensation. I could not feel much even when something brushed against them.. My nipples, which had felt awkward because they seemed like they might rocket launch, had calmed down a bit as the swelling went down. Phew... If I had to pick the most painful thing, it would be the itchiness from the bra being pressed and rubbed against me? I scratched like crazy, got wounds, turned red, and it oozed What even is this.. now all that remains is time..!! Phew.. I just have to endure it
[Day 4] My physical condition is completely recovered!! I’m totally fine now I’m even doing housework smoothly. I finished the painful part on day 3, hehe. Hooray. I was told not to lift heavy things, so I am only being careful about that. Since yesterday I have been able to shower too, so I washed up nicely. I was nervous that water might get on the wound area. I was told to cover it with one layer using something like Mepiform foam dressing and then apply a waterproof bandage. I’m still keeping the upper band on my boobs. But this upper band keeps stretching more and more, is that right..? ㅋㅎㅋㄹ It keeps getting longer.. It feels a little softer when touched too. It is really so fascinating lol The sensation is gradually coming back, but there are still some numb spots The most painful thing now is the itching... ugh.. I scratched so much that my skin is acting up badly, but I guess I just have to endure it........ Of course, it has only been 4 days, so there is still swelling o and upper bulge o. The belly swelling has gone down a lot, so compared to the surgery day I am 2 kg lighter..ㅋㄹㅋ
