Hello. It has already been 4 months since I had my nose revision surgery with Dr. Kim Hyun-woo at One-T Plastic Surgery this time. After my first surgery failed and my nose kept getting more and more upturned, my nostrils became too visible from the front, and the stress was really reaching its limit. Since it was a man's nose but looked upturned, my impression also seemed light, and every time I looked in the mirror I could only sigh. Because it was a revision surgery, I really thought it had to be the last time, so I researched and visited a lot, and while looking for a place that could correct an upturned nose and firmly support it with autologous costal cartilage rather than donor rib cartilage, I learned about Dr. Kim Hyun-woo at One-T through a recommendation from someone I know. During the consultation, he looked at my nose condition, clearly pointed out why it had become upturned, and accurately understood exactly what I wanted: a straight nose that extends smoothly with the nostrils not visible from the front, and a tip that is not too sharp but naturally rounded. I trusted him right away and made the reservation. The surgery used silicone for the bridge, and autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage for the tip and support structure. Since it was a revision surgery and also used autologous rib cartilage, the cost was a bit high, but I felt that if it was going to be fixed properly, it was worth making the bold investment. It has been 4 months now, and to put it simply, I am truly satisfied. The upturned look from the front, which was my biggest stress, has been perfectly corrected. As the visible area of the nostrils decreased a lot, my overall impression became much calmer and more refined. The line became exactly the modest straight male nose I wanted, and the tip was also held in a rounded and firm way without looking artificially sharp. After about 4 months, most of the major swelling has gone down, so now it just looks naturally like my own nose. People around me also keep saying they are surprised that changing just the nose made my face look so warm and pleasant. The area where the autologous rib cartilage was harvested has no pain at all, and the scar is also fading. If there are people like me who are suffering from an upturned nose or a contracted nose because the first surgery went wrong, please do not suffer alone and at least go for a consultation. I really think that with the nose, the first step is important, but when something goes wrong, the answer is meeting a surgeon who can firmly correct it.
