I am still in recovery, but I wanted to leave a record, so I am writing my 1-month review. I had contouring surgery 3 procedures with Dr. Kim Jong-yoon at Iyu Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Before surgery, the protruding cheekbones and jawline bothered me the most whenever I smiled or talked. Especially when taking photos or meeting people, I was often told my face looked strong because of the cheekbone asymmetry and the protruding feel, and I even became conscious of smiling naturally. More than simply wanting to look prettier, I wanted to comfortably improve the part of my face that had caused me the most stress for the longest time. When choosing a hospital, because this was surgery rather than a procedure, I thought safety and expertise were more important than flashy advertising. Since this is something you cannot undo once you have had the surgery, I looked into it carefully, and after gaining trust in Iyu Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dr. Kim Jong-yoon, I decided to go ahead with the surgery. I am now 1 month out from contouring surgery 3 procedures. My jaw still feels somewhat stiff and swelling-related discomfort remains, but the frequency of pain is gradually decreasing, so I can feel that recovery is going well. Most of the bruising has faded and is barely noticeable except around the left cheekbone and the area around the mouth, and it is much easier than at the beginning. Swelling is still present, so the left eyelid area, inside the nose, and inside the mouth can still feel uncomfortable at times, but compared with right after surgery, things are gradually stabilizing. In particular, I can slowly start to see the facial line becoming more refined, so I am looking forward to what it will look like once the swelling goes down further. Sensation feels about 80% recovered on the right side, while the left side still has dullness around the jaw, cheek, and cheekbone. But considering that it has only been a month, I feel like it is still in the process of recovering little by little. As for eating, anything harder than rice is still a burden, but bread, soft foods, protein drinks, milk, and pumpkin juice are all fine. For aftercare, I also keep up with walking exercise for 30 minutes or more, 4 to 5 times a week, and my physical condition seems to be improving little by little. My skin condition goes up and down, and it is still a bit awkward to take off my mask, but overall I am satisfied and recovering. More than anything, I am happiest that the cheekbone asymmetry and protruding facial line that stressed me out the most before surgery are showing signs of improvement. It is still only one month, so it is too early to talk about the final result, but thinking about why I wanted contouring surgery in the first place, even the changes so far have made me feel positive, and I am looking forward to the recovery process ahead ^^

Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-thinkJun 7 Ugh, I think it might become an inner double lid. Please take a look
I am on day 5 after incisional surgery now. I wanted an in-out fold, but judging from the swelling right now, I think it may become an inner double eyelid or a thin inline... With this condition, if the swelling goes down more, how likely…
Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-thinkJun 7 Review of The Plan
An older sister I know had it done here and became much prettier, so I went for a consultation. I went because I had severe laxity and sagging, and they honestly showed me via simulation how much tightening could be achieved and told me I…

I consulted with the manager. I had planned to use domestic material, but they strongly recommended imported material, and I was convinced to some extent, so I went ahead with the imported one. Based on the consultation with the manager…
Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-thinkJun 7 Review of Nano
The consultation manager was also kind, and it seems best to bring a list of questions before going in for the consultation. I went without CT images, and during the consultation they showed me in Photoshop that they would shape it like…
Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-thinkJun 7 A review of [Clinic A]
This was the first hospital I went to after deciding on non-incisional nose surgery. The wait was not actually that long, and they did not take a CT, just photos. I first talked with the consultation manager about what I wanted in broad…
Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-thinkJun 7 Promise review
I was really satisfied with the aegyo-sal filler here. The doctor was kind too, and kept checking in the mirror with me in between to see whether to add more. The facility was clean, it was not crowded, and overall I was satisfied. How am…
