I had a consultation last year, so I can't remember the exact price, but among the materials written on the desk at the consultation time (ear cartilage, septum, rib?) he said he chooses what to use himself during the surgery. When I asked whether the septum absolutely had to be used, he said he would open it up and judge for himself T_T He also said that in terms of shape, it would be fine to leave the hump and only lift the tip, but another hospital said that if you do that, the tip won't hold up later and will drop, so it's hard to do that... In the end, I thought I couldn't trust them enough to leave my nose in their hands...
