As soon as I went into the building, I thought the facility was nice and spacious. Since it is a large hospital, I had booked in advance, but I waited about 10 minutes before photos were taken, and then after another wait I had the consultation about 10 minutes later. I told the director that I wanted my nose to look smaller, and they explained that they would shave down the slight hump on my nose, support the tip with ear cartilage, and reduce the tip. They also said that if they lifted the tip and reduced the nostrils as well, the nostrils would become too small, so it would be better not to do that. The consultation felt a little short, but it was not bad, and the manager said that because my skin is thick, it might not be possible to make it extremely thin.
