I happened to learn about Zesta through Threads, and after reading the posts I became interested, so I booked a consultation. About a week before the appointment, they called and asked when I was planning to have surgery. They said they called because the February surgery schedule was almost full. They called the day before the appointment to ask whether there were any schedule changes, and called again on the day itself to check whether I was on my way. I got lost and arrived 10 minutes late. There were many people waiting, and I had a brief consultation with the coordinator first. After waiting 50 minutes, I was able to meet the doctor. They measured my eyes with a ruler and helped decide how the line should be set. When I asked why my eyelid line loosens, they said it was because my eyes do not form a double eyelid easily. They said the line needed to be lowered, but I did not hear how they would lower it. I asked about the outer corner because it seemed a little tight, and they said it was not necessary. They also said I could do the lower canthoplasty if I wanted, but why bother? They only talked about the surgeries that were actually needed. If it were my first surgery, I think I would have felt they would do a careful job. I talked with them for about 10 minutes, then waited about 30 minutes to hear the estimate. Since it was a revision surgery, there were no event discounts, but there was a same-day discount. They do surgery under sedation anesthesia, but there is no anesthesiologist. Consultation fee: 10,000 won.
