*Separate consultations with the surgeon for eyes and nose* 2nd consultation, 4 years later 1) Silicone + autologous costal cartilage nose They looked at it in very detailed fashion, and unlike my previous consultation they were actually more attentive and kind, which surprised me (at the earlier visit, they said to leave the eyes as they were, and warned that making the nose too high would be a disaster, so no excessive greed X). They also pointed out the issues with my face very accurately, which I liked. 2) Eye revision surgery (surgery warning) + under-eye surgery For the eyes, I could not talk about the exact design I wanted, and there was no recommendation. They recommended other procedures instead (fat grafting + under-eye surgery + mini lift). They emphasized that balance is important. In the end I passed on the eyes and ended up considering the other options, but it was 50:50 so I put it on hold. *I also had work scheduling, so I could not proceed with everything* <Conclusion> Neither surgeon said I would become exceptionally pretty after fixing one specific part. What they emphasized was balance and the need for improvement, and based on age-specific factors (recovery period, laser lifting alone being insufficient, etc.), they explained what would be good to do now. The eye surgeon said they could even make the previously invisible aegyo-sal visible, but I was about to use all my leave and the project became too large, so I am still thinking about it for now.
