Because the tip drooped and made my nose look like an arrow nose, and because of that my midface looked longer, I decided on surgery. At the consultation I brought photos of Seolhyun and Seo Ye-ji and explained the shape and height I wanted, and they took it seriously and explained both what was possible and what was not. The consultation was really calm and easy to understand, so I was very happy!!! I had alar reduction as well, so the cost was pretty high, but the low, long bridge, the drooping arrow-like tip, and the wide nostrils when smiling were all improved at once, so I am extremely satisfied!!! My whole midface really feels different now that my nose has changed, so I am happy. It is not an extremely sharp, flashy style, but it is also not a result so subtle that you cannot tell; the parts I wanted corrected definitely changed, and they made the tip round with ear cartilage, so it is exactly my ideal sleeping-style nose...! My overall verdict is that the surgery was expensive, but it was worth the price.
