The overall consultation style felt very firm and confident. After looking at the under-eye area, they said they would not recommend fat grafting. In particular, they explained that fat grafting can later cause clumping or sagging, so personally they don't prefer it. Their explanation was quite different from other clinics, and there was no feeling that they were aggressively recommending extra add-ons. They said recovery can take longer than expected, and explained realistically that this is not the kind of surgery that leaves no visible trace and finishes quickly like today's ads make it seem.
