Haha... The front desk staff are generally kind. I'm not sure I can say the nurses are especially kind, though.
I had contouring surgery quite a while ago, and there is a bit of numbness in some areas. Before the dental anesthesia wore off, I could feel an awkward sensation like touching flesh in the cheekbone area under my eyes. Even when they removed the pins, that was my personal impression: after the surgery, they kind of just let it slide. There are two operating rooms next to each other, and after a quick look they say it's fine, it's attached well, and then go straight to the other room without much else.
The waiting time is always at least 30 minutes, as usual, even if you make a reservation. Probably because it's one doctor.
