I had my first double eyelid surgery here.
I consulted with the coordinator first, then with the doctor. The staff at the desk and the nurses were kind, but the person who handled my consultation was rude and the consultation wasn't helpful, so I left 1 star. They said the double eyelid surgery would be incision only, and that incision + ptosis correction would be standard, and that it would be good to do medial canthoplasty too (a friend of mine also went for a consultation and everyone was recommended medial canthoplasty as well). They were aiming for a natural in-in to in-out line. I had the surgery under local anesthesia only, and maybe because of my individual tissue type or the surgeon's skill, there was almost no scarring. Personally, I felt that only about two-thirds of the line was created surgically, so the natural look is the strong point. But I didn't have any opening up or other problems, and I just preferred a thicker look, so I had revision surgery.
