About 4 to 5 years ago, I got Ulthera and a skin booster. It was not a factory-style clinic, and the doctor handled both the consultation and the procedure alone. I think there was a consultation manager there, but the doctor explained the price as well. The doctor was kind during the consultation, but during the procedure the sleep sedation was so strong that even after I got home I was out of it all day. It has been a long time, so I do not remember the exact treatment effect, but the laser effect seemed just average. There was quite a bit of swelling. The price was generally cheap, but since I am older, after that I have only gone to places with an anesthesiologist for sleep sedation.
