I had my lateral philtrum reduction and mouth corner surgery at Mano. I compared many clinics and went to five consultations. At each clinic I also checked the cases that had been posted as complication reviews because the surgery did not go well, and after organizing the pros and cons of each, I think I made a pretty objective decision to go with Mano. This time, I am very satisfied with the surgery too. My consultation with the director was faster and more straightforward than at other clinics, but we did talk properly about the areas I was most concerned about. Above all, what drew me in most was that they do not overdo the surgery. I think Mano would be best for people who prefer a natural look rather than something obviously glamorous. There were no recommendations for other surgeries or procedures either. It just ended with a simple, “There is also this option,” which felt neat and clear.
