The director is very skilled, but I do not recommend this for people like me who want autologous dermis rhinoplasty from the very first surgery. I had no silicone side effects; I only went there because I disliked implants, and the hospital I chose was Spring Day Plastic Surgery. Now I am regretting it because the scar on my buttock is left too long, almost all of the autologous dermis has supposedly been absorbed, and the tip of my nose was done with ear cartilage, but now the tip has drooped too. I really recommend autologous dermis only for people who have nowhere else to go because of silicone side effects. The buttock scar is bigger than you would expect, so it cannot be ignored.
