It has been exactly 6 years since my buried suture double eyelid surgery. I did no research or homework at all, just went for a consultation because people around me said they had had it done there a lot, and booked right away with a deposit. I do not remember the price clearly, but I think it was about 800,000 won. Friends also said they all got it from Director Han, so I went with only that director in mind. Maybe because it was peak season, there were tons of people and the consultation wait was fairly long. I did not even say what line I wanted; I just went with the line the director designed for me. My friends said it looked extremely natural and they could not tell I had double eyelid surgery, and although it was not the line I wanted, I thought it looked natural too, so I lived with it feeling satisfied. Around the third year after the surgery, right before it started to loosen, the eyelid line looked best to me, and I even forgot I had had double eyelid surgery. But as it was approaching the 6-year mark, one eye started to loosen, and now that it is exactly 6 years, it has fully come undone. As soon as it loosened, I wanted to at least get a consultation around the holiday, but they said the schedule was fully booked through early October, so it was not possible. I am looking into other hospitals for revision surgery.
