I have a rather broad forehead, so I had a forehead lift once 3 years ago, but after a few years it felt like the area above my eyes was sagging again, so I went in to look into reduction and revision surgery at the same time. After going to a few consultations, some places said I only needed another lift, while others said I needed reduction too, so I was really deliberation... In the end, I had the reduction done together as well. The director said my current forehead height and the range of scalp movement were the greatest, and when explaining, he gave detailed guidance on how much reducing the overall facial proportions would suit me, as well as the incision site and scarring in revision surgery, so he seemed very experienced. It has been about 5 months since the surgery, and my forehead is about 1.5 cm smaller, and the lift seems to have held up really well, so I am completely satisfied. There is no scarring or hair loss I was worried about, and the hairline does not show, so it looks neat and I like it. As the forehead got smaller, my face proportions definitely became prettier. If you are thinking about a lift or reduction, it might be worth getting a consultation.
