It has been one month since I had rhinoplasty without an implant. My nasal tip was low and broad, so my alar base also looked wide, and in side view my tip felt slightly drooped downward. After surgery, as the swelling went down, it definitely felt like the bulbous tip had been corrected, and the overall line looked much more refined. My alar base was also on the wider side, so I had alar reduction at the same time, and that has visibly shrunk a lot every time I look in the mirror. The surgeon shaped it in a naturally elegant style to match my facial proportions overall, so it came out pretty without looking overdone. The director paid attention to the details when planning the design, and the tip also dropped in an elegant way, creating a beautiful line, so I think both the front and side views came out naturally and well.
