I had a rhinoplasty consultation at First Button Clinic. After looking at my current nose condition, they recommended a functional nose surgery that improves not only cosmetic concerns but also functional aspects. Since the tip support was weak, I was advised to use donor rib cartilage to keep the shape stable after surgery. They explained the septum and the internal nasal structure and guided me in detail on the surgical direction. It was a consultation focused on natural change and long-term stability. Overall, the atmosphere felt more like an explanation of the methods suited to my current condition than strong pressure to add more procedures.
