I’ll share my swelling and photos by week haha
My face shape was uneven, and even though I had double eyelid surgery twice, the symmetry on both sides was still off... Also, the protruding cheekbones and square jaw were my biggest concerns So every time I took a selfie, the eye lines looked uneven too, which bothered me so much that I always corrected them in editing. Even when I dieted, I didn’t look prettier; instead, my cheekbones, square jaw, and chin became even more prominent and I ended up looking skeletal. I wanted to improve those parts, so I had contouring surgery and double eyelid revision surgery together!
Because I was doing two procedures at once, my criteria for choosing a hospital were strict. I was interested in 345 because both the contouring and eye surgery reviews showed a clear but natural change before and after, and after the consultation in person, the hospital atmosphere was neat and comfortable. The fact that they had a CCTV viewing system and that an anesthesiologist was on site also gave me confidence. The surgeon’s consultation was detailed and realistic, so I could decide on surgery with peace of mind!
Right after surgery, I felt a lot of discomfort because of swelling and the restriction on opening my mouth. Especially during the first week, my face was very swollen and it wasn’t easy to eat. But as time passed, the swelling gradually started to go down, and now I’m living my normal daily life! At first, maybe because of the swelling lol, my face felt unfamiliar, but as my facial lines became more defined and my face width seemed to shrink, it felt amazing. I’m especially surprised every day when I wash my face and notice the changed face area.. Also, my eyes were not overcorrected, and the lines were arranged more beautifully than before, so I’m extremely satisfied.
The swelling is still in the process of going down on both sides, but I already like it. Since it was a revision surgery, I was very worried, but it went well and I’m happy 🙌🏻 Another thing I’m most satisfied with is that even though it was three procedures, the swelling went down faster than I expected, and now it takes less time to take photos and the burden is much lighter (so moved). I’m still in the recovery process, but I’m so excited to see myself becoming even prettier as time goes by!
