Nose Surgery Reviews

Only after the revision surgery did it feel like I got the nose I wanted

Even when I had my first surgery, it wasn't bad, but as time passed, the nose tip started to drop again and the side profile felt a bit lacking. In particular, every time I looked at my side profile, my nose seemed a little long, and it kept bothering me. So while looking into revision surgery, I went for a consultation with Director Cha Myung-gyu at Wonabi Plastic Surgery, and after looking at my nose he said that rather than just making it higher, it was more important to smooth out the dorsal hump and change the direction of the nose tip. My bridge was already fairly high, so we proceeded without an implant, and I had dorsal hump correction, long nose correction, and nose tip correction done together. What I am happiest about after the surgery is that it looks natural. The nose didn't become dramatically higher or flashy, but once the tip was refined, my whole face looked much cleaner. Before, when I took side-profile photos, the nose tip looked a bit droopy, which bothered me, but now the line flows smoothly and the feeling of heaviness is much less. People around me also say more often that my impression looks more refined than asking whether I got my nose done lol. I was worried because it was revision surgery, but in the end I feel like I should have done it sooner. It feels like my original nose has been preserved while only the lacking parts were refined, so I'm satisfied and living with it that way.
