If you're getting nose surgery, seriously make sure you look carefully. In my case, I had a nose re-re-revision... I'd already had nose surgery twice before, but if you looked closely there were things that kept bothering me. The overall line was decent, but there was a step at the tip, the bridge was slightly crooked, the axis was twisted so the nostrils were uneven, and there was also a depressed area near the columella because of scar tissue. The sides of the alar base also looked pinched, and overall it seemed fine at a glance, but in reality there were a lot of unnatural parts. This time I had my third surgery at [Clinic A]. I went in thinking this would be the last time. The director looked at my existing nose condition and pointed out each issue one by one. While smoothing out the step at the tip, they set the height slightly higher, made very fine corrections to the crooked bridge and columella to match the nostrils, and used donated costal cartilage anew to fix the pinched sides and the columella depression, while keeping the straight-but-slightly-soft line. After surgery, the tip and bridge were neatly refined with no step. The nostrils also look symmetrical, and from the side the straight-but-soft line is preserved so the crooked bridge is no longer visible. The columella depression has lifted a lot, and the pinched feeling is gone. If you're getting nose surgery, I recommend looking carefully from the start. In my case, for the first surgery I just went because a friend recommended it, but that friend ended up having theirs done somewhere else, haha. There were a lot of different stories like that, but anyway, the best thing is for you to visit several clinics for consultations and find the one that fits you, then have the surgery there. Just looking at my current condition, I personally think my nose journey is over. Yep.
