While looking into rhinoplasty, I searched through a lot of hospitals, and even now I still think MIGHTY was the place that explained things the most realistically and properly. Of course, other hospitals also said that skin has its limits no matter where you go, so they said they could not raise the height very much, but this was the only place that clearly told me exactly how much of the height and crooked nose could be reflected. They used silicone and autologous costal cartilage, and because the nasal bone was crooked, they also reduced the nostrils and smoothed the nasal bone. They said the height could not be raised as much as I had hoped, so I was not expecting too much, but it seems more refined than I imagined, and rather gives a natural, pretty feel, which I like. I especially told them that my body does not handle anesthesia very well, and the doctor really paid a lot of attention to that. I was also worried a lot about scarring, but after following the instructions for care, I do not even think about it now haha. Other people here who are considering rhinoplasty, too, will get good results if you research carefully, so fighting haha
