In particular, when I said I was worried about redness, heat, and sensitive skin, they explained while looking at my current skin condition what kind of help I could expect, so it was easy to understand. The director also did not just say it would definitely work well, but honestly explained what could be expected from my current skin condition and what parts could vary from person to person, which made me trust them.
