They were extremely kind and considerate, and the consultation was very thorough. After checking several times, they said increasing the height any more would be difficult, but they would reflect my needs as much as possible (I also wanted to lift the outer line, but that eye was difficult for that too), and they explained what would be done. They were honest that things like symmetry and scar improvement would not be perfectly corrected. I had asked about a forehead lift after hearing about it at another clinic, and they said it was the kind of eye that could benefit from it, but that I did not need to decide right away and could wait to see the result first. The aftercare included unlimited swelling laser treatment for a month, which was nice. I had not received proper aftercare before, so that was the most appealing part.
