Besides this, I also went around to three more places (ㄱㄴlk, ㅅㅇ, ㅇㅇ) for consultations, but I decided on this place and booked a surgery date! Since it’s a place that specializes only in eyes, I trust it a bit more, and I liked that they explained the AS-related details the most clearly. Other places were 1-2 years, but this place is 3 years, so the period is the longest too. It does bother me a little that I didn’t see the director, but there are lots of successful cases I saw in person, and since it’s such a simple surgery, I wondered whether a consultation with the director has that much meaning... When I had director consultations at other hospitals, they didn’t say anything major. The manager’s diagnosis was all pretty similar to what I was diagnosed with at other hospitals, so I think it’s right. It’s also similar to what I had thought myself.
