I had a consultation for my eye and nose revision surgery. Everyone from the manager to the doctor was kind, but if I had to point out a flaw, it would be that they seemed too busy. I don't know if it was just that day, but the wait was really long and the manager kept coming and going during the consultation, which was a bit annoying. Still, the consultation itself was good, and the doctor was very kind too. Should I say I liked that they didn't act bothered by my questions and explained everything in detail one by one? But in the end, the reason I didn't go through with surgery was that it wouldn't be my top priority?? That part worried me, so I put it on hold.
