They explained the design I was aiming for and told me clearly what would not work, which made me trust them, and they also talked about surgeries that could be improved a bit more. Those were the same procedures I had been thinking about, so it didn’t feel like pressure, and I felt they were being sincere in the consultation. But if I add donated rib cartilage, the price goes up a bit, so I’m debating it T_TTT
