Eye Surgery Considerations

Review of Liting

I learned about this place through an acquaintance’s introduction. From the time I made the consultation reservation by phone, I emphasized that I needed to consult with the doctor. Then the director offered possible dates and times for consultation. They said there might be some waiting, so of course I agreed. But! When I went at that time, the consultation manager only gave me a brief explanation, and then said that if I wanted to meet the doctor I would have to wait "one hour," or if I was busy I should come again next time. I had made time on purpose and clearly said I absolutely wanted to consult with the doctor, so I couldn’t understand why they told me to come again next time if the doctor was busy. Still, they had said there might be a bit of waiting when I booked, so I decided I should wait... and I said I would. An hour passed. The manager came back and asked, "The surgery is running long, so can you wait another 1 to 2 hours?" Sigh... Is this a place only unemployed people go to? How do they think about the customer’s time to act like this? Cosmetic surgery is not some emergency operation that suddenly gets scheduled... Do they make consultation reservations this carelessly while carrying out already scheduled surgeries? If they don’t even keep something this basic, can you really trust them and leave surgery to them? I thought no, so I got up and left. I sincerely hope the clinic’s reservation system does not run in such a haphazard way. (*I did not discuss the estimate, so the estimate amount is based on my acquaintance’s surgery.)
