The person called the deputy manager was very rude.... I had gone to several clinics for consultation about alar reduction, but this was the first time I saw someone greet me at the door and leave before me.... The doctor was so-so, and the facility was good. But I only talked about alar reduction, and they kept recommending tip surgery, so I think I will go somewhere else. At first I was only thinking about alar reduction and had no interest in tip surgery, but they explained tip surgery more enthusiastically than alar reduction, so I just thought, I guess that is how it is. It felt a lot like a typical factory-style clinic, and I had high expectations, but it was less friendly than I expected and felt too assembly-line-like, so I am not going....!! A lot of other people say it is good, so I think it really depends on the person.
