The staff were friendly and there was no pressure to book. The director looked at my eyes very carefully and was kind enough, although not exactly warm, and explained the possible complications and limitations of surgery well. It was a place with a long history, so I had high expectations, and compared with that, the consultation was a little disappointing. The facility had a bit of an old feel, but it was clean. I had to wait a bit, about 30 minutes..? It felt like they had just finished another surgery and then came over. After going through consultations at several hospitals, I was confused about some things, but I was able to understand the common opinions to some extent, which was helpful. Personally, I feel there is one concern, so I do not think I will have surgery here, but overall it was a satisfying consultation.
