If you are getting nose surgery, I think open surgery is just the right way to do it. I had Nose Beam done as a closed procedure, but honestly the shape of my nose seems blunter than before, and scar tissue formed, so from the side it looks uglier... I really wonder why I did it, I regret it 50 million times lol.. At first I thought, oh, maybe the tip is a bit higher, is that swelling? But I am just living with this blunt shape now. The non-incisional nostril reduction also had zero effect. If you are going to do it, just get the incisional version. There are tons of foreigners and the hospital is a bit chaotic too, and I went to have them check the surgical site, but the nurse mixed things up and just cut one side of the suture thread haha
