This was the hospital I had the highest expectations for, so in that sense I was satisfied with every part. Director Uhm's consultation was easy to understand and very kind, explaining things clearly. Since it was bone surgery, I had many questions, and whenever I asked them one by one, they answered everything kindly. But the consultation manager had a bit of a local older-sister vibe, pressured me about the deposit, and compared prices with other hospitals. I had originally decided to get it done at 1 Percent, but on the day itself the surgery reservation felt a bit too hectic. Still, they explained things kindly and well. After the surgery, the nurse with short hair took very good care of me, and I was genuinely moved T_T When I called several times and kept asking for painkillers, it would have been annoying, but she always cared for me with a smile, so I was very grateful. After the surgery, the doctor compared the pre- and post-op CT scans with me, and my facial shape had changed completely, so I was satisfied based on the CT. They also kept showing me the CCTV footage, and I confirmed that the anesthesiology director was always on site and that the doctor personally handled everything from the surgery to the suturing, so I became convinced that they would absolutely not do proxy surgery.
