Dr. Kim Seong-chan is supposed to be very famous for lower blepharoplasty, so I went in for a consultation. The hospital was huge, with several floors, and it seemed to have a lot of patients...!! The director was kind in a slightly mechanical way and seemed very confident. But rather than giving me a customized explanation based on my eye structure, he only gave a brief general explanation of the surgery, so as a customer I did not feel especially moved by the consultation. The manager actually seemed to explain things more earnestly...?? She really wanted me to put down a deposit that day, so it felt a bit pressuring. The before-and-after photos were the most appealing here and looked dramatic, but I was a little concerned about whether the care would be sufficiently personalized.
