I had often thought about getting nose surgery, but I was too scared to go through with it, until my close older sister had such a great result that I went in for a consultation too. I went in knowing only the basic information, but the director was really, really kind and thorough in the consultation. From the start, I wanted something that would look very natural, so I decided on a conservative surgery. I thought I had a bulbous nose, but they said my nose was just small and compact, not bulbous, so I decided on a dorsal hump reduction service plus only the bridge and tip. The front desk staff were unbelievably unfriendly, but the manager and the director were so good that I put down a reservation deposit and left.
