I had revision nose surgery 6 years ago. During the consultation, they really paid close attention, especially to the harmony with the entire face. Before the consultation I had searched online for all sorts of things, haha, and I told them I wanted to use autologous dermis, but they actually said I didn't need to go that far and discouraged me from unnecessary surgery. Above all, I chose them because they pursue safe surgery. They didn't put in an implant; they used fat and cartilage on the bridge, and cartilage at the tip. I'm not super satisfied aesthetically, but still, I think the doctor really understands noses and is honest.
