I was waiting on the 9th floor and then went down to the 8th floor to get a consultation. First I talked with the manager, and I was surprised because the manager explained things better than I expected. The moment she looked at my face, she explained things like my facial features, eye features, what shape my nose is, and so on, so it clarified a lot of the vague ideas I had been carrying around.!! Then the director came in and I had the consultation. But it was also the first clinic I had gone to for consultation...! haha I felt like I should shop around more, so I left without making a surgery reservation..
