I went in with high expectations because an acquaintance had had a procedure there. There seemed to be a lot of foreigners, and it definitely felt like they did more breast and nose procedures than eye procedures. The staff were generally kind. The wait was about 20 to 30 minutes, and the process was consultation - doctor consultation - consultation. The director had a cold sort of feeling? I went because I wanted double eyelid surgery, but they said I would need a forehead lift. The gap between my eyes and eyebrows was a bit wide, but not that much, and on top of that, recommending a forehead lift to a 19-year-old felt really bad to me..
