I have rhinitis with symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, and heaviness in the head, and I wanted correction for a white nose tip and a hump nose, so I made a consultation appointment by phone for a week later. After making the appointment, I got two reminder texts, and about an hour and a half before the consultation they called to confirm my visit. The person who gave me the phone guidance was kind. There are five doctors, but even looking at the website I couldn't tell who to consult with, so after speaking with the director's office, they connected me with the right surgeon. The director's office staff was kind and approachable, not like the cosmetic surgery office staff character from the YouTuber Lalal. They were easy to talk to, and I felt at ease throughout the consultation. After that, they connected me with Dr. Lee Ho-jun. I have severe complexes and hate taking photos, so I thought it would be really hard to upload a photo with a headband on and do the consultation, but I did not feel embarrassed at all. He was calm and answered my questions well. When I said my complex was that my nose seemed too long and my alar base seemed too droopy, he said, objectively, that it was not that bad. He did not pressure me into surgery, and he identified the kind of nose and facial impression I wanted to achieve through surgery, then explained the appropriate surgical method. Using autologous costal cartilage and the cartilage shaved from the hump nose as materials, the quote was 2.2 million won for functional surgery with septoplasty, and 4.4 million won for cosmetic surgery. After the consultation, I watched the doctor's videos on YouTube and felt that he has a perfectionist streak and is very persistent about things he is interested in, which gave me confidence. He also seems to have extensive anatomical knowledge, so if I do go ahead with surgery, I think I would do it here. The consultation took about 1 hour.
