Twelve years ago I had eye shape correction for uneven eyes plus ptosis, but the asymmetry was not fully improved. I finally went for a consultation because I am now considering revision surgery. There was no wait at all, and I was able to be seen a little earlier than my original appointment time. The director only said exactly what needed to be said and had a rather cool demeanor? I did not feel he was rude at all. He explained that, to match the amount of iris exposure, my current eyes have this problem and the surgery needs to be done in this direction. He even drew diagrams while explaining, and I could feel the professionalism. The consultation took about 10 minutes, so it felt compact and efficient. After that, I spoke with the manager, and she only talked about the price. She had neither a particularly warm nor cold manner, just a regular office-worker tone. I did not mind it. It was hard to get a consultation appointment, but if you are considering revision surgery, I think it would be worth going.
