My eyes had been done with an incision method before, but over time the line ended up looking too thick and heavy, so I was thinking about revision surgery. My nose also looked low overall and spread out, so I had both done together. During the consultation, Director Lee Seungchan at TS didn’t just look at the eye line; he explained things while checking my current eye condition and even whether there was any adhesion-like feeling, and it definitely felt like he had a lot of revision experience. I also liked that he didn’t just make the line flashy by default, but instead set the direction based on overall facial harmony. For the nose, he recommended autologous costal cartilage. He clearly explained the support and durability aspects, and he looked closely at what direction to take with my current nose so it would naturally produce a straight-but-slightly-raised line, which made me trust him. After the surgery, the heavy sausage-like look I disliked was much more organized, and the nose line also seems to have come out well as the spread-out feeling disappeared, so I’m satisfied.
