When I had my consultation with the director, he carefully checked the style I wanted first and listened well to the parts I was worried about. When I said I wanted something natural but still a bit glamorous, he explained step by step what would be possible within my nose structure.
He honestly told me that if I only used cartilage or my own tissue with my current nose condition, it would feel like one thing, and that if I proceeded without silicone or any implant, it might feel a little disappointing compared with the height I wanted. That honesty gave me trust. Both the manager and the director counseled me realistically by comparing it with the results when using an implant, so I started thinking seriously about it again.
