I received a consultation for revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage. First of all, the manager was kind, and the doctor was blunt but kind. I had previously had nose surgery without an implant, where my hump was reduced and the septum plus ear cartilage were used, but the tip had dropped, so I said I only wanted to improve the drooping tip. They recommended autologous costal cartilage, and they honestly told me whether I could accept the risks involved in using it just to lift the tip slightly, which made me trust them. They also looked at the CT scan and told me I had rhinitis and a deviated septum, and said that insurance reimbursement would apply too haha
