I expected the consultation to be quite complicated because I was thinking about the hump and the functional side together, but it was clearer than I expected, which was good.Usually, when questions get long, they just give a short answer and move on, but here they explained the reasoning behind each judgment too, so it was much easier to understand,and especially because they went through, in order, which parts of the face should be prioritized first, a lot of my vague anxiety eased.The atmosphere inside was not chaotic, so it was easy to focus on the consultation.The consultation was not rushed either, and they listened from start to finish. I also liked that even when I repeated questions, it never felt like they were brushing me off.Overall, it felt less like a formal consultation and more like the kind that helps organize your actual concerns,and that honesty was the best part, so I booked surgery.
